Large Luxury Lodge | Sleeps 14, Fire Pit & Views!

Our stay for a week was excellent! We had 7 guests who all had plenty of space (and bathrooms) to hang out and relax. While we visit the area to do activities, this is a house you can't wait to get back to. The kitchen appliances were great and had all sorts of gadgets you'll need if you plan to cook. The bar on the ground floor to the backyard was helpful for keeping things accessible for the fire. The fence in the backyard made us feel much more comfortable letting our city dogs run around without fear. A lot of reviews had us excited but a little nervous about the cleanliness. After arriving we noticed that none of that seems to be a problem any longer. Everything felt very clean and instantly 'homey' when we walked in. The house was very well stocked on supplies as well to keep it clean including our own stuff with a great laundry room as well. Great stay and look forward to coming back next year!

The host was great at replying and helping us. Had plenty of room for my party of 6. In a great location and quiet, close to what we were looking to do.

We had a great weekend with family. The area and home are beautiful!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful cabin in Duck Creek! The spacious layout was perfect for our family, and the high-end appliances made it feel luxurious and comfortable. There were also beautiful views since it sits on a hill. It’s just a short drive to Brian Head, where we were lucky enough to catch fresh powder for snowboarding and skiing. Out of all the places we've stayed in Duck Creek, this has been our favorite by far. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great mountain getaway!

This is a treasure of a place for those seeking a quiet place to completely unwind. The house was very spacious and well equipped with all the appliances. There's TVs in almost every room, with the big screen TV in the living room making a good home theater for those hooked onto TV series/movies. Zions National Park and Bryce Canyon are within a couple of hours drive for those seeking nature and adventure. The hot tub was an added bonus. Would love to visit again!

Our family enjoyed this house. The views are beautiful, the house is fantastic and the host was very responsive. There was plenty of room for us to be together and not feel cramped. We would definitely go back!

Beautiful cabin and looks just like the listing. Felt cozy and right at home. I do agree with others that the cabin can use a little deep cleaning and updating. There were also some minor things like smell of sewage (that eventually went away), but nothing too bothersome. Nonetheless, my friends and I had a great time in this place, and would come back.

All Amenities included Cooking utensils and cutlery pots pans cups bowls coffee machine etc Outdoor fire pit BBQ grill Black jack table and Roulette Mini bar area Viking kitchen appliances ( stove, fridge) Clean bathrooms, bed sheets Streaming apps available included ( Netflix, YouTube and more) Hosts responded quickly to messages Closest city for food restaurants is Cedar city “45 minute drive from Airbnb” Duck creek did not have that many restaurants. Only 3 to choose from. And one was closed on Saturday. ***disclosures when checking out “removing bed sheets and taking out trash to public dumpster”**** I don’t mind taking out trash and removing bed sheets at my own home. But if I’m on vacation I prefer to relax. This was the first time I went to an Airbnb that required the guests to remove trash before check out. The Airbnb also requests for guests to strip bed sheets before checkout. But I still give the Airbnb 5 stars

This is a beautiful and private location with nice views from the balcony. However, if you're planning to stay for a few days, be aware that while the appliances look impressive—Viking is known as one of the best brands—they don't perform well. The oven didn't work properly, the microwave was inconsistent, and the kitchen hood barely functioned. Additionally, everything was covered in dirt and grease, and the refrigerator had numerous stains. I’m not sure why we were charged a cleaning fee since the place did not appear clean upon our arrival. On check out We cleaned, strip the beds, and move all the trash to the address provided by the host( you can’t leave trash by the door). It seems that the cleaning person only comes to replace the bedding without thoroughly cleaning, as there was a significant amount of dust and dirt. I also tried to find a guest book for reference but was unable to locate one, as every drawer I checked was only mess. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Very nice cosy house. Just perfect for the amount of people we had. We had 6 adults and 8 children. 3 level house. Host was very responsive and respectful. Overall thumbs up!

We loved our stay here. The location is beautiful, the house was spacious and cozy. I would call it more rustic than luxurious but that’s just me. Some folks have commented in their reviews about things like the spiders, the slightly challenging driveway and the cleanliness and those things I could see being an issue for some. The driveway may pose a challenge if your car has low clearance so be aware, yes you might find spiders (I killed 5) but you’re in the woods, don’t be surprised. I think the house could benefit from a bit deep clean, most of the furniture is pretty old, some of it was broken, but it didn’t really bother me because I found it still very comfortable. Having to drive your trash 5 miles down the road and gather your own fire wood might not feel very luxurious to some people, we had a truck for the trash so no biggie. If they put a door or the master bath shower, I will for sure be back! :)

The cabin is well-located and as described, and my stay was really good. Just a couple of minor things to mention: The access to the driveway needs improvement. There was some water damage, and only a piece of wood was there, making it hard to access with a car. We found a lot of spiders inside, so I recommend pest control management. The house is listed for 14 people, but there were only 8 forks and knives, and the table only seats 6. The kitchen could use new pots and pans—some were dirty and unusable. If the rental is for 4 days, there should be at least 4 laundry detergent pods (only one was available). Don't get me wrong—my stay was amazing. These are just some recommendations for improvement.

Great secluded place that we used as a home base for Bryce Canyon!

Overall stay was great. Only feedback I would give working in the hospitality industry is there needs to be more attention put into deep cleaning. Lots of visible dust, sofas could use some cleaning as well. There was some maintenance issues but they were very responsive with that. The area was great, the cabin was as well.

Love the late out and so many rooms! Bed was supppper comfy and that is a must when renting a home.

Wonderful place for families! Spacious, clean, the kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need. Nice coffee machine. You do have to wait for the hot water to come back, because it only lasts for a few showers at a time. So if you have a big family, you have to wait for hot water. Other than that. This place is wonderful.

La cabaña merece las 5 estrellas, todo es excelente, solamente señalar que hay una obstrucción de hielo en la entrada, la cual hay que cruzar para acceder a la cabaña, y las fotos del anuncio no corresponden totalmente, la cubierta de la cocina no es la misma que aparece en el anuncio.

It was a great luxurious cabin. We had an amazing time during our stay. Place was very clean. Our host was very responsive and friendly.

My review is a little conflicting. We really liked the actual cabin, it’s beautiful and large. The only complaint about the cabin itself is the downstairs bathroom pipes really smell. We could not get the smell to go away, very gross. My main issue is that the hill the cabin sits on is super dangerous so I wanted to warn people coming during winter storm months. We all rented cars equipped for snow and we were sliding down/getting stuck. Half of our group had to stay in a hotel overnight the first night because we didn’t want to risk it. I also wish they had some snow shovels / garage availability, the drive way was completely snowed in so it was difficult to get out of. And lastly, the dumpster situation is very inconvenient, you have to drive to it and then get back up the slippery hill. So overall if the weather is not as bad, you may have a better experience than we did. The host was very friendly.

Used the cabin for a family vacation and absolutely loved it. Pictures do not serve it justice. Extremely clean, had everything we needed, tons of space, peaceful area, amazing altogether. Highly recommend!! The host also helps make it a positive and easy experience. We will definitely be booking again.

We loved staying here! Such a great location that is easy to get to the village and super easy to get to all of the beautiful areas around! Would definitely stay here again.

Had a great stay

Wonderful host and beautiful cabin! Friends and I were out camping when bad weather was rolling in. Was able to get McKays cabin last minute for 10 of us! Plenty of space for everyone!

The kitchen in this cabin is a dream! Lots of places for people to visit and not feel cramped. Great location with easy access.
